Knjazevac has received machinery and equipment

Knjazevac has received machinery and equipment

Today, Knjazevac has received machinery and equipment that will help us solve the problems of illegal dumps.

Within the project "Clean and green life", which is being implemented jointly by JKP Standard with Municipality of Kula from Bulgaria, equipment and machinery have been procured with the co-financial support of the European Union through the Interreg-IPA Cross-Border Cooperation Program Bulgaria-Serbia.

The new 40 containers of 1.1m3 capacity will be used for waste management in non-covered locations and roads and the disposal of illegal dumpsites.

The combined backhoe loader machine will clean, load and repair wild landfills and other garbage sites. By engaging this machine, it will be possible to completely clean up and recultivate wild landfills in the Municipality of Knjaževac.

The small truck that has been purchased through this project will be used to improve the services and speed of the municipal utility company in the Municipality of Knjaževac
